NutriScan is a nutritional analysis service operated by ServeLogic Ltd (SC873950), registered in Scotland. The service uses AI and the UK's official CoFID food composition database to provide estimated nutritional information from restaurant menu images.
By using NutriScan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
NutriScan provides estimated nutritional information for educational and informational purposes only. You may upload menu images for analysis and receive estimated nutritional breakdowns per dish. One free scan is available without registration. Unlimited scans require a free account via Google or Facebook sign-in.
All nutritional values provided by NutriScan are estimates only. Values are derived from the UK CoFID database and AI analysis and may differ from actual nutritional content due to variations in ingredients, preparation methods, and portion sizes. NutriScan should not be used as the sole basis for medical dietary decisions. Always consult a registered dietitian or healthcare professional for medical nutrition advice. NutriScan is not a substitute for allergen information provided by restaurants.
When you sign in with Google or Facebook, an account is created using your name, email, and profile photo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account and all data at any time via our data deletion page.
You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights; attempt to circumvent the free scan limit or abuse the service; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-process menus without permission; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
The NutriScan service, branding, and technology are owned by ServeLogic Ltd. The CoFID food composition data is published by Public Health England and used under open government licence. Nutritional results generated for your scans are yours to use and share.
NutriScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ServeLogic Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of nutritional estimates provided by the service, including but not limited to health issues, allergic reactions, or dietary decisions made based on NutriScan data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (if any).
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
